The government of Mexico allows visitors to Snorkel & Swim with these gentle creatures only for a limited time: 1st June - 15th September, every Year! Pick-up and Drop off: We will pick you up at all mayor Hotels at the Riviera Maya, as well as in Playacar and Playa del Carmen (Hotel Gran Porto Real). Sorry, no pick-ups in Cancun or Cancun Area.

Our prices includes:

• Pick-up between 6:00AM and 7:00AM at your hotel or at pick up place
• Comfortable air-conditioned Van
• Experienced Tour guide in English, Spanish, French, Italian or German
• Boat ride with maximum of 10 passengers. On each boat there is a very experienced Captain with his Sailor.
• Full snorkeling equipment and Life Jacket
• Soft Drinks, Sandwiches, Lunch (Ceviche) on board, Beer is served after the Swimming & Snorkeling with the Whale Sharks!
• The Snorkeling with the Whale Sharks lasts more than two hours. Two people snorkel at the same time together with one of our experienced guides. We continue then to rotate people until everybody has had plenty of opportunity to Swim and Snorkel with the Whale Sharks.
• Sailing along Contoy Island and Bird Watching.
• Snorkel Tour between Contoy and Mujeres Island.
• Our Quality Guarantee and of course the sight of at least one Whale Shark - if not we give you back your money or you can do the Excursion again for free!
• Drop off around 4:00 - 5:00PM at your Hotel or at the Drop off place

With the final confirmation of your excursion, we will send you a voucher! Please print out the voucher and present it to the tour guide at the beginning of the excursion!

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Rates listed are valid exclusively for the inquiry date. They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website if the service requested is confirmed by means of charge to your credit card and a voucher from us with a confirmation number.

By making a reservation you give us your authorization to run the corresponding charge on the Paypal account you provided and by doing so you declare to have full knowledge of our reservation and payment policies, disclaimer and cancellation policies. No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made. Please note that this verification and confirmation process may normally take up to 48 hours. When paying by eCheck, the process will take longer.

All reservations are subject to availability existing at the moment of your request. Occasionally, some tours may sell out before your reservation is processed by the tour provider. In such an event, you will be offered your choice of a reschedule or a full refund.

In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service. Should a change to a confirmed reservation be needed, please contact your travel consultant and have your reservation and/or confirmation number handy. We strongly suggest reading the CANCELLATION POLICIES section. Any changes are subject to availability and rate adjustments when necessary. Our CANCELLATION POLICIES are applicable at all times without exception.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your Paypal account. Please bear in mind that your Paypal account will show "InTheRoo.com” as the company responsible for the charge. Paypal accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or eCheck (bank electronic funds transfer). Payment by Paypal eCheck is not accepted for reservations made within 10 days of the excursion date.


General:

• Reservations cancelled more than 3 days prior to excursion date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
• Cancellations or changes made within 3 days prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

Changes more than 3 days prior to excursion date will cause a handling fee of $10.00 USD per Reservation (i.e. excursion date or passenger name changes).
