Please choose an alternate Hotel as Hotels Hotels book quickly in Cuba. Send us your request by completing our request form. Please fax or e-mail us a copy of your passport (just the page with your photo and information) so that we may prearrange your travel Visa for Cuba. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation of the whole package (Flights, Hotel and Visa). Once the package is confirmed, there will be a penalty fee if you wish to cancel. Your payment must be received within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation of the package and may be made via Paypal or Wire Transfer to a Bank account. As soon as we receive the payment we will issue your travel documents and deliver them to either your home address for an additional shipping fee of USD 40.00. Alternatively, the documents can be held for you at the Cubana Airlines counter at Cancun Airport (free of charge) or at your Hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya (delivery cost USD 15.00).
